Return and refund policy
We have a 10-day Exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note items on sales are not eligible for return and will only be accepted for size change if the size is available.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Also please note to qualify for return its mandatory that the item your received in not same as that of shown in the picture or its unfortunately damaged at the time you received the order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you on how to return with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE POLICY
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUND POLICY
- We offer full amount credit voucher. Vouchers can be used to shop your favorite Products from our website, and have a validity of 1 months from the date of issuance.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- We do not offer Cash returns..
