If you wish to return or exchange any portion of your online order, please write problem on the simple page with your return shipment and send it on our given address or simply call us and inform us that you want to return or exchange.
2. REPACK MERCHANDISE
Please re-pack the shipment and send us back on given address.

4.How will I get My refund?
There are two options for refund:
Coupon Code or Cash Back
- What’s Coupon Code?
You can get the refund amount by getting a coupon code equivalent to the amount you purchased. You can later on use that coupon code to buy anything from our website.
- What’s Cash Back?
